Salary is based on experience.
General Responsibilities
- Visit multiple job sites throughout the course of the day to troubleshoot and resolve issues on completed projects. Projects can include video, audio, network, programming, lighting, and shades.
- Call in RMA’s on defective equipment and provide a work around if possible.
- Provide information to office on outdated systems for potential upgrades.
- Fill out daily work orders with all the pertinent information from a service call so that the Service Manager can follow up accordingly.
Professional Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the AV industry.
- Must have strong understanding of home integration systems.
- Must have experience with troubleshooting lighting and shade systems.
- Must have experience with Crestron and Lutron systems. Savant experience a plus.
- Strong network knowledge.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work alone.
- Strong time management
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Must have a clean, valid NYC driver’s license.
- Must be willing to work in NYC and Long Island.
- Must have own hand tools.

Employees are expected to work a 40-hour work week and will be compensated with overtime when necessary Monday through Friday, with occasional rotational On Call weekend service (paid). We offer ongoing industry training. Drug and background checks will be required.
