General Responsibilities
- Cable termination, including Coax, Data, Telecom, and Control Cable. Previous knowledge of fiber termination a plus.
- Installation of speakers, TV’s, network gear, projectors, CCTV, low-voltage lighting components, and basic shade installation.
- Head-end rack wiring and wire management.
- Work with programming remotely to test and de-bug systems.
- Work with IT department remotely to test and de-bug networks.
- Daily reports to project manager and field ops with daily work completed and project status.
Professional Qualifications
- Experience with Crestron, Lutron, Savant, Ruckus systems a plus.
- Overall knowledge of home automation systems and structure.
- Basic network knowledge.
- Ability to read wiring plans, flow documents and wiring schematics.
- Basic construction knowledge.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the AV industry.
- Must have a valid, clean driver’s license.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Must maintain a professional appearance.
- Must own basic hand tools specifically geared towards the AV industry.
- Must be willing to work in the tri-state area which includes NYC, the Hamptons, and Greenwich CT.

Competitive base salary based on level of experience. Employees are expected to work a 40 hour work week and will be compensated with overtime when necessary Monday through Friday, with occasional rotational On Call weekend service (paid). We offer ongoing industry training. Drug and background checks will be required.
